PharmEste is a private biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of Transient Receptor Potential (TRP) channel therapeutics for the treatment of neuropathic pain, overactive bladder and other TRP-mediated diseases. PharmEste has its first clinical drug candidate, PHE377, in Phase I clinical studies for the treatment of neuropathic pain, a second generation of TRPV1 antagonists under lead optimization stage and a discovery program on other TRPs. PharmEste Business Unit is located in Milan and Laboratories in Ferrara. |
