PharmEste is a private biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of Transient Receptor Potential (TRP) channel therapeutics for the treatment of neuropathic pain, and other TRP-mediated diseases. PHE377 a potential best-in class TRPV1 antagonist for the treatment of neuropathic pain is under Phase I clinical development completion. A second generation of TRPV1 antagonist is in preclinical development stage and a discovery program on other TRPs is ongoing.
